Fundraising Officer

Position Summary:
  1. Brainstorming and research related to Digital Fundraising, Project Sponsorship, and Face-to-Face Sponsorship to support GNI's local income and child sponsorship initiatives.
  2. Create and develop a system and policy for Face-to-Face Sponsorship, including terms and conditions, do's and don'ts, as well as workflows or journeys to support digital fundraising and local sponsorship processes.
  3.  Support in the establishment of project and regular sponsorship systems as part of the local income sources accepted by GNI.
  4. Build the journey from the approach process to reaching collaboration agreements with donors, especially individual donors, to engage in child sponsorship and long-term partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with the FD Manager and Social Media Manager to develop clear content planning and content pillars as efforts to enhance GNI's brand awareness and exposure.
  6. Enhance GNI's exposure and awareness through various marketing activities, including increasing Digital Campaigns and Digital Fundraising to encourage more people to get involved and become sponsors.
  7. Design the GNI website revamp as one of the main facilities and platforms related to Digital Fundraising and to enhance public trust in GNI in the future.
  8. Conduct research on GNI's market and audience to develop clear personas and brand positioning related to the smooth operation of Digital Fundraising and Face-to-Face Sponsorship, as it requires specific information.
  9. Coordinate with various internal and external parties regarding the regulations and systems that will be established for digital fundraising.
Qualification:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  3. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and email marketing.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective donor interactions.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Passion for humanitarian causes and child protection issues.
  7. Knowledge of fundraising regulations, ethics, and best practices.
  8. Proficiency in fundraising software and tools for donor management and campaign tracking.
